With a deep passion for preserving the most meaningful moments in life, we craft films that are timeless and personal.
Andrea, born and raised between Venice and Rome, has always been drawn to the arts and the power of memory preservation. With a background in capturing emotions through video, he creates cinematic masterpieces that reflect the beauty of love.
He originally founded Munay Films, but very soon his friend Giordano joined him. Giordano, in fact, is equally passionate about storytelling and brings his own artistic flair to every project, ensuring that each film is uniquely tailored to the couple’s journey.
Together, we are dedicated to telling your love story through a lens, creating a visual narrative that will be cherished for a lifetime. Join us on this incredible journey, and let’s create something unforgettable, one frame at a time.
WHY MUNAY
After falling in love in Italy in 2017, Perla and Andrea reunited in Peru, a country we both longed to visit, in 2018. Therefore, the land of the condors became a pivotal chapter in our love story. “Munay” is a Quechua word, the indigenous language of Peru, meaning “love” and “energy.”
The logo, designed by Gianpaolo Rende, draws inspiration from the Peruvian Andean highlands, from which the name Munay originates, and incorporates the faces of Perla and Andrea, blending them with the mountain range. Our bodies are divided by a river, symbolizing the vital force and “Panta Rhei,” much like the flow of a video.
